5. Payment Terms
Payments must be paid in full before starting the campaign.
Only invoiced company ads can be advertised. If you want to advertise other company ads even if it is under same owner you need to pay Rs3000 for each different company

7. Can I Send Only 1 Advertisement, Other than Sending many Ads?
Yes you can. But the cost for 1 ad iis higher than package ads But normally 60% of the sales will come after seeing the 4th advertisement, or after make 4th TP call. For example, if you send an ad just once and stop, it you will get only inquiries but not much sales. If you want more sales you have to keep on reminding the customers.

9. How many art work we can advertise?
you can have 4 or 5 art works and repeat till end of the package.
We recommend to have maximum allowed art works. So viewers won’t get bore. And very important you cant have only one art work and repeat the only one art work till end. Because people will get upset and unsubscribe. It will be bad for your and our company. If you try to do so we will hold your advertisement.

10. Do you design the art work?
Normally clients supply the art work. Format jpg and size – nearly 200KB.
If you are unable to design we can design it for Rs2900.

11. How many days before we have to give the art work?
You need to give the final art work 36Hrs before the schedule date. Advertisement will start on the schedule date. But some time to finish it will go for next day also. Processing center is in -5GMT. So you need to think about and agree with the time difference also before give the schedule date. Working day, week end, public holidays also involve in this delays. But we will try our best to finish on time.

12. Will you add our email also in the data base?
Yes, If you receive our email means your email already added in our system. Then only you can confirm that your advertisement also gone.
But if you don’t want your email to be in the data base then you can inform us so we can delete it.

13. Will you send other person’s ad to us?
Yes. Once you receive our email means your email has been already added in the data base. But if you want to delete your email in our data base you can reply with the subject – unsubscribe. But we recommend you to keep your email in the data base till your package finish. Then only you can see your advertisements.

14. Will Langcavi/ Cool Colombo advertisement banner in the top of client’s advertisement?
Ya our advertisement banner will be in top of the client’s advertisement and our contact details and web site details will be in below the client’s advertisement. Quoted price for with this banner. If you want to remove the top banner there will be extra cost

Other Important Notes
prices are dependent on the US$, Ca$, UK Pounds and Sri Lankan Inflation Rates. So if you place an order after more than 15 days receiving the quotation, please double check the rates again as they may change. If you pay, you must start the services within 15 days. If you pass the 15 days, you will have to pay the current prices. None of the payment is refundable, but you can switch to other packages within 10 days. Terms and conditions will applicable for all the packages. If you get anything free of charge, its legal owner is langcavi. You can use that only in agreed time period. Free web site is free of charge only for 1 year. 2nd year payment should pay in 10 months time. Any way we will inform you about your web expiry. But we can send only 1 or 2 reminders. You should act as soon as possible. Please note we cant take any responsibility if anything happen because of your mistake. Web site you have to renew before 60 days of the expiration date.
